What you will do

• Develop and refine the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy, including Golden Paths and self-service capabilities.
• Establish and promote enterprise-wide platform standards, CI/CD frameworks, and reusable services.
• Design and manage large-scale Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native environments.
• Implement observability and reliability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Advance DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, vulnerability management, and policy-as-code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive workflows and platform adoption.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven track record of defining enterprise-wide platform standards and CI/CD frameworks.
• Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in enterprise environments.
• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms using tools like Backstage or Crossplane.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
• Must be able to work 4 days per week in the Porto office.
