Platform Engineer

TL;DR

Platform Engineer (Kubernetes/Terraform): Building and operating an internal developer platform and CI/CD infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments with an accent on cloud-native operations, infrastructure automation, and security by default. Focus on designing self-service golden paths, modernizing legacy workloads through controlled migrations, and establishing observability and SRE practices for reliable operations at scale.

What you will do

• Build and operate the internal developer platform and CI/CD stack across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Create golden paths and self-service templates for infrastructure as code, pipelines, and environments.
• Automate provisioning and policy enforcement with Terraform and Git-based workflows.
• Embed IAM, secrets management, security scanning, SBOM generation, and artifact signing into delivery pipelines.
• Establish observability and SRE practices, including SLO-aligned incident response and actionable runbooks.
• Modernize legacy workloads through planned cloud migrations while partnering with Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience operating CI/CD and Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep Terraform experience and a policy-as-code mindset with Git-based automation.
• Strong knowledge of identity, networking, hardening, and secrets management.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and build signing into pipelines.
• Experience with on-premises-to-cloud migrations, tested rollback paths, logs, metrics, and traces.
• Fluent English required. Clear communication and a coaching mindset.
