Cloud-Native Software Engineer (Kubernetes)

Cloud-Native Software Engineer (Kubernetes): Building and operating sovereign cloud services across Kubernetes, storage, networking, IAM, and bare-metal infrastructure with an accent on Go development, platform engineering, and SRE. What you will do

• Design and develop cloud-native solutions in Go, including Kubernetes operators, controllers, APIs, CRDs, and automation tools.
• Build and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows using Terraform or OpenTofu, Helm, ArgoCD, and Flux.
• Develop and automate S3-compatible object storage services, including bucket management, IAM policies, lifecycle management, and multi-site replication.
• Apply SRE practices for observability, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and SLO management.
• Contribute through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Go development, ideally with Kubebuilder and controller-runtime.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and operations.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of SRE concepts, including observability, monitoring, incident management, and SLOs.
• Experience with S3-compatible storage such as MinIO, Ceph, SeaweedFS, or Garage, plus distributed storage concepts including replication, erasure coding, consistency, and sharding.
• Knowledge of security, encryption, KMS, Kubernetes networking, and bare-metal infrastructure, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
