What you will do

• Identify and acquire potential international clients through proactive prospecting.
• Execute outreach activities including cold emailing, LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and assess sales potential to book meetings for the business development team.
• Manage the CRM by updating statuses, notes, and contact history.
• Analyze market trends and spot niches within the IT and software outsourcing sector.
• Report results and measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities.

Requirements

• Experience in IT staffing, software houses, outsourcing, or agency recruitment/sales.
• Hands-on experience with the UK and US markets.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to organize work independently without micromanagement.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong financial drive.
• Experience working in dynamic companies rather than large corporations.
