Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Identify and research target customers and decision-makers in construction, surveying, and engineering industries.
  • Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Communicate the value of geospatial and reality capture solutions using technically grounded, value-driven communication.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting based on industry insights.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, or customer support.
  • Fluency in Polish for persuasive communication with clients in the region.
  • Strong English language skills for effective internal collaboration.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Must be located in Poland.
