What you will do
- Identify and research target customers and decision-makers in construction, surveying, and engineering industries.
- Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Communicate the value of geospatial and reality capture solutions using technically grounded, value-driven communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting based on industry insights.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Initial experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, or customer support.
- Fluency in Polish for persuasive communication with clients in the region.
- Strong English language skills for effective internal collaboration.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
- Must be located in Poland.
