What you will do

• Proactively identify and triage new opportunities through data mining and active surveillance of public domain information.
• Engage pre-qualified leads with customized, solution-driven offers aligned with small molecule, peptide, and oligo-based solutions.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing communications that resonate with potential biotech and pharma clients.
• Analyze client pipelines to align service offerings with specific research, development, and manufacturing needs.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and professional social platforms to nurture relationships and generate qualified leads.
• Measure lead generation success using data and analytics to refine outreach strategies and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a drug discovery or business development/marketing role in life sciences.
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing content and offers tailored to specific client needs.
• Hands-on experience using digital marketing tools and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience working in contract research or manufacturing organizations (CROs/CDMOs).
• Familiarity with current trends in drug discovery, especially in small molecule, nucleic acid, or peptide-based therapeutics.
• Knowledge of the biotech and pharma landscape, including key players and drug development pipelines.
