What you will do

• Support the delivery of electrical architecture programmes against established timing plans.
• Prepare accurate technical status reports for programme management and senior gateway reviews.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and standardization activities.
• Coordinate structured problem-solving across cross-functional teams to resolve programme risks.
• Manage governance processes to drive risk resolution and engage with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Gaydon, UK.
• Proven experience in process or engineering project support roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data handling and reporting tools like Tableau.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, complex, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
