Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, and documentation.
- Manage workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, ensuring timely processing and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a trusted employee advocate, handling day-to-day inquiries, investigations, and sensitive employee relations matters.
- Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives to improve the overall workplace culture.
- Support payroll processes and administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and education.
- Partner with recruiting on interviews, offer processes, pre-hire screenings, and representing the company at job fairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or talent acquisition.
- Experience working with unionized employee populations and understanding of collective bargaining agreements.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
- Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with the ability to work in person 5 days per week.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
