What you will do

• Lead, develop, and motivate the local Restaurant Listing team to ensure high performance and well-supported workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end menu creation and editing processes, ensuring fast, SLA-driven merchant onboarding.
• Drive content strategy and optimization to improve merchant engagement and platform performance.
• Act as the compliance lead for the market, ensuring all listings adhere to EU LMIV standards.
• Drive projects to improve operational efficiency, including implementing automations and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Product teams to align on business goals and platform offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Proven experience in operations management or content management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of food information regulations, specifically EU LMIV standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using BI tools like Looker or Google Sheets.
• Ability to drive projects and implement operational automations.
