Location: Remote - United States (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, MO, NE, RI, SD, VT, WV, WI)
Salary: $164,900 - $236,000 (depends on location tier)

What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year hardware partnership strategy across current and future devices.
- Source and manage end-to-end partnerships for device-to-device integrations, OEMs, and lifestyle surfaces such as automotive and travel.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiations to unlock new revenue streams and deepen member retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define sensing architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
- Co-own GTM strategies with Commercial and Marketing leadership to drive partner launch outcomes and awareness.
- Build and lead the Hardware Partnerships team from the ground up and scale it as the portfolio matures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in BD or partnerships within consumer hardware, IoT, or automotive industries.
- Proven track record of negotiating and scaling complex hardware partnerships across technical and commercial dimensions.
- Ability to operate as a builder in ambiguous 0→1 environments.
- Strong influence skills to work with senior leaders without direct authority.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
Nice to have
- Experience launching hardware integrations with major OEMs.
- Background in regulated health or medical device categories.
- Experience building partnerships organizations from scratch in fast-scaling companies.
