Salary: $170,000 – $195,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end activation of the partner ecosystem across technology, referral, alliance, and system integrator partners.
- Build and manage referral partner programs from scratch, including pipeline tracking and attribution management.
- Develop repeatable partner activation playbooks for onboarding, enablement, and joint marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive partnership revenue.
- Analyze and optimize partnership structures (revenue share, discounts) to maximize activation outcomes.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new strategic partnerships based on market analysis and fit.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience building partner programs that generate measurable revenue.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, PE/VC, or business operations.
- Proven track record of owning revenue or pipeline targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero in ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management skills and executive presence for C-suite interactions.
- Must be located in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Series B–D stage startups.
- Background in accounting, audit, or compliance technology.
- Experience in PE or VC investing.
