What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding implementation projects for enterprise customers in gaming, eCommerce, and Forex verticals.
• Own the entire project delivery lifecycle from kickoff through completion and transition to business-as-usual.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, alignment, and expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive technical implementations, including data onboarding and integrations.
• Translate client goals and requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and priorities.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at the executive level.
• Technical orientation to discuss data flows, integrations, and system behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., CS, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems).
• Must be located in Colombia.
