What you will do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Data & Solutions and other departments.
- Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and operational scalability initiatives.
- Manage project scoping, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders to proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Support automation and operational transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Maintain structured project documentation, reporting, and process visibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in digital, tech, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives and operate with high ownership.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
Nice to have
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications.
- Experience with automation, AI-related initiatives, or operational transformation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.
- Exposure to service operations, agency operations, or delivery environments.
