What you will do
- Own the full migration cycle for customer accounts, including planning, milestones, and risk management.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers from kick-off to CSM handover.
- Coordinate Solution Engineers and Onboarding teams for complex, multi-product migrations.
- Execute onboarding for standard accounts, including integration guidance and go-live validation.
- Proactively identify and escalate blockers to ensure timeline adherence.
- Develop and optimize migration playbooks to improve internal processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Post-Sales B2B SaaS roles (Customer Success, Implementation, or TAM).
- Proven experience managing complex implementation projects across multiple internal teams.
- Experience working with regulated sectors such as Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Telco.
- Technical ability to analyze architecture, challenge solution designs, and identify integration risks.
- Strong transversal leadership skills to mobilize teams without direct authority.
- Fluent German and professional-level English are required.
