TL;DR

Sales Migration Manager (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end migration of customers onto the TrustPlatform with an accent on customer relationship management and cross-functional coordination. Focus on delivering onboarding for standard accounts, managing integration risks for regulated industries, and building scalable migration playbooks.

Location: Must be based in Munich or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

  • Own the full migration cycle for customer accounts, including planning, milestones, and risk management.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers from kick-off to CSM handover.
  • Coordinate Solution Engineers and Onboarding teams for complex, multi-product migrations.
  • Execute onboarding for standard accounts, including integration guidance and go-live validation.
  • Proactively identify and escalate blockers to ensure timeline adherence.
  • Develop and optimize migration playbooks to improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Post-Sales B2B SaaS roles (Customer Success, Implementation, or TAM).
  • Proven experience managing complex implementation projects across multiple internal teams.
  • Experience working with regulated sectors such as Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Telco.
  • Technical ability to analyze architecture, challenge solution designs, and identify integration risks.
  • Strong transversal leadership skills to mobilize teams without direct authority.
  • Fluent German and professional-level English are required.
