What you will do

• Design and operationalize scalable outbound and pipeline generation workflows.
• Own routing, assignment, and lead/account management processes.
• Build dashboards and reporting for top-of-funnel performance and pipeline quality.
• Optimize the outbound tooling stack, enrichment workflows, and Salesforce architecture.
• Partner with Business Development, RevOps, and Marketing to drive operational consistency globally.
• Help operationalize AI-enabled outbound and prospecting workflows.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in Revenue, GTM, Sales, or Growth Operations.
• Must be based in Denver for on-site work.
• Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern outbound tooling ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building scalable operational processes.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting outbound sales or BDR organizations.
• Experience with sequencing, routing, enrichment, and signal tooling.
• Experience working with enterprise sales organizations in fast-scaling global environments.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled outbound workflows.
