TL;DR
Benefits Leader (HRtech): Owning the vision and development of the Benefits product marketplace with an accent on cross-functional orchestration and partner integration strategy. Focus on building scalable foundations, defining product roadmaps, and maximizing business impact across core markets.
Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain (80% office-first)
Salary: €75,000–€97,500 (including performance-based bonus)

What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Benefits area.
- Build and manage a scalable benefits marketplace, overseeing third-party integrations and partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate with the Partners team to prioritize integrations that drive revenue and business impact.
- Drive engineering execution through influence, working closely with squads to ensure delivery.
- Own the end-to-end user experience, ensuring seamless discovery, activation, and daily use.
- Set success metrics and hold accountability for the product's performance and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and align multiple stakeholders across engineering, partners, and sales.
- Strong business acumen with experience in identifying and sizing market opportunities.
- Technical fluency to discuss system design, integration architecture, and API trade-offs.
- Experience working with third-party integrations, marketplaces, or platform dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of owning product areas end-to-end.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, insurance, or financial products.
- Familiarity with AI-powered product development.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Italian, or German).
