What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and 6-18 month roadmap for VoC Surveys.
  • Drive AI-first product evolution, leveraging Sense AI for automated survey creation and sentiment analysis.
  • Integrate VoC into the unified hirify.global platform alongside session replay and experience monitoring.
  • Conduct deep customer and market research to translate insights into a data-driven roadmap.
  • Collaborate as part of a Product Trio with an Engineering Manager and five engineers to drive discovery and delivery.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to track product health and inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products.
  • Proven track record of roadmap ownership and balancing tactical delivery with long-term vision.
  • Strong customer and market research skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with remote and international teams across time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience in VoC, customer feedback, survey platforms, or qualitative research tools.
  • Background in conversational intelligence, NLP, or text analytics products.
  • Familiarity with the digital experience analytics or experience intelligence space.
  • Experience driving product integration across a multi-product platform.
