TL;DR
Staff or Principal Product Manager (SaaS): Owning the strategy and direction of the Events platform with an accent on customer research, MICE industry dynamics, and AI integration. Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (3 days a week in-person). Relocation assistance available from anywhere in the world.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Events product and its integration with the broader ecosystem.
- Drive high-velocity execution by making bold, data-informed bets based on customer feedback and market research.
- Manage stakeholders across event support operations and supply teams to create a cohesive tech and service offering.
- Analyze MICE industry dynamics and supply chain to understand friction points for event planners and suppliers.
- Define and report on product metrics tied to key business results for senior leadership.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude and Cursor for rapid prototyping to speed up the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona to work in-person 3 days a week.
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking, specifically regarding the MICE industry.
- Proven ability to define product vision and translate it into a well-planned roadmap.
- Fluency in data-driven decision-making and product prioritization trade-offs.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
- English: Professional proficiency required (official office language).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building AI prototypes or side projects.
- Fluency with modern prototyping tools like Cursor, Bolt, or Claude Code.
- Comfort with Figma and Git.
