What you will do
- Transform customer feedback and ideas into a comprehensive product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct heavy customer discovery to identify user needs, requirements, and pain points.
- Collaborate with Engineering to represent user feedback and make informed trade-offs on priorities.
- Partner with PMM to enable GTM strategies, including documentation, website content, and whitepapers.
- Define and optimize pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering based on deep product expertise.
- Integrate infrastructure products with other Grafana Cloud offerings like Knowledge Graph and Grafana Assistant.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of experience working with B2B SaaS products.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data models, and schema evolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with open source software or commercial open source companies.
- Background as an SRE or experience building observability products.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs.
- Experience with AI tools.
