TL;DR

Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant (M365): Implementing and configuring Microsoft 365 solutions and cloud environments with an accent on SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD. Focus on translating customer needs into secure technical designs, leading proof of concepts, and executing complex system migrations.

Location: Remote in Poland (Valid working visa for Poland required). Occasional visits to the local office in Warsaw are expected.

What you will do

• Deliver and configure Microsoft 365 solutions based on your specific area of expertise.
• Translate customer business needs into secure, practical technical designs.
• Create technical documentation, including solution designs and technical guides.
• Support or lead technical proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Facilitate customer meetings, design sessions, and workshops.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping and needs analysis.

Requirements

• Valid working visa for Poland.
• Fluent/professional English and communicative Polish.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace.
• Deep knowledge in at least one: Identity and Access Management (Azure AD), Security and Compliance (Purview), Threat Protection, Migration Services, SharePoint Online, or Endpoint Management (Intune).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for breaking down complex problems.
• Collaborative mindset and a structured approach to problem solving.
