What you will do

• Install and configure software and hardware systems, managing network servers and technological tools.
• Set up and maintain user accounts and access controls while monitoring system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues to ensure high operational availability.
• Ensure system security through access control management, backups, and protective measures.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades, fixes, patches, and new software versions.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to the overall technology strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration and application server management.
• Proven knowledge of JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, and Elastic on RHEL and K8s platforms.
• Experience with mass operation of Linux servers.
• Fluency in Czech language is required.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Red Hat and VMware technologies (Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, K8s, Argo CD, VMware vSphere).
• Understanding of automation and scripting methodologies.
