IT System Administrator (Endpoints & Network): Support users and maintain IT infrastructure for Warsaw office, including endpoints, identity management, networking, and SaaS deployments with an accent on hands-on troubleshooting across macOS/Windows, Okta, and office networks. Focus on device lifecycle management with Jamf/Intune, security hygiene, and collaboration with global IT team.

Location: Warsaw office, hybrid flexibility (4 days in office, 1 day home office), strong onsite presence required as primary IT owner for day-to-day operations

What you will do

• Support users across L1-L3 levels and handle walk-up incidents
• Configure internal systems, diagnose/troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade network infrastructure, servers, devices, and firewalls
• Monitor infrastructure and ensure smooth deployment of new SaaS applications
• Configure and troubleshoot IDP, RBAC, Jira, GCP, AD, Radius
• Update technical documentation and escalate to global Corp IT team as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT SysAdmin role with strong onsite presence in Warsaw office
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across endpoints, identity, network, and AV
• macOS/Windows support: diagnostics, upgrades, Jamf Pro (enrollment, profiles, patching), Intune (compliance, deployment)
• Full equipment lifecycle: provisioning, inventory, repairs, secure wipe
• Okta (user lifecycle, MFA, SSO), Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration
• Office networking: LAN/WiFi, firewalls (FortiGate), VPN; security instincts and good English for global coordination
