What you will do
- Lead the help desk team, managing ticket triage, agent processes, knowledge base, and escalations.
- Administer Google Workspace and manage access across the company's SaaS stack.
- Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Build and maintain no-code automations using tools like Jira, Make, and Zapier to reduce manual work.
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate IT procurement and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT operations leadership or a senior technical role.
- Hands-on expertise administering Google Workspace and SaaS environments.
- Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make, Zapier, or similar).
- Experience leading or running a help desk function.
- Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access issues.
