DBA (Oracle, Fintech): Operating, maintaining, and modernizing Oracle database environments for business-critical financial applications with an accent on high availability and disaster recovery. Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź, or Warszawa (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Administer and support Oracle Database environments (12c–19c) across pre-production, DR, and production.
• Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Fast-Start Failover (FSFO) configurations.
• Perform database patching, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Execute and validate switchover, failover, and disaster recovery tests.
• Troubleshoot database, RAC, and availability-related issues.
• Support Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Database 12c–19c.
• Strong practical experience with Oracle RAC (ASM) and Data Guard in production.
• Experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments.
• Proven skills in database provisioning, migrations, and service management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
