TL;DR

What you will do
- Provide L3 technical support for BMC Helix during ongoing operations and enhancement projects.
- Configure and develop workflows within BMC Helix ITSM, Knowledge, and Digital Workplace.
- Utilize Innovation Studio to deliver and maintain functional changes.
- Build and maintain REST-based integrations with third-party systems for data ingress and egress.
- Gather requirements from functional and process owners and document technical designs.
- Perform administration tasks, including the onboarding of users into the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and developing BMC Helix ITSM in customer-focused organizations.
- Practical experience across the BMC Helix development life cycle, including Innovation Studio.
- Proven expertise in building workflows and automations within BMC Helix.
- Experience integrating BMC with external systems via REST.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Location: Must be based in one of the listed European countries.
Nice to have
- Experience with BMC Helix Discovery and/or CMDB.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience integrating with Azure DevOps.
- BMC Helix or ITIL certifications.
- Exposure to BMC's AI capabilities.
- Experience in the insurance industry or other regulated environments.
