TL;DR

Product Readiness Manager (AdTech): Managing product communication, enablement, and GTM readiness for the Elevate platform with an accent on cross-functional alignment and market intelligence. Focus on coordinating feature releases, managing platform feedback loops, and executing beta testing programs to validate product functionality.

Location: Remote (Must be based in selected EMEA countries)

hirify.global is a product-focused company operating in the AdTech space, developing the Elevate platform.

What you will do

  • Serve as the central hub for all product updates and lead training for Strategy and Growth teams to ensure platform understanding.
  • Own the feature release checklist and partner with Marketing and Strategy to produce high-quality launch collateral.
  • Centralize and manage internal and external platform feedback to uncover actionable product opportunities.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and extract tactical insights to inform the product roadmap.
  • Identify clients for alpha and beta testing programs and coordinate pilots to validate functionality before rollout.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or the digital media ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting product launches, adoption, go-to-market initiatives, or cross-functional enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying workflows, and DSP platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations, stakeholder presentations, and user interviews.
  • Must be based in selected EMEA countries.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience managing alpha and beta testing programs.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
