What you will do

  • Own global product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the hirify.global platform.
  • Serve as executive business lead for strategic growth products including CTV, Performance, and Retail Media.
  • Oversee global research, measurement, and insights organizations to drive commercial narratives.
  • Act as the commercial bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
  • Develop business cases for investments and prioritize the product roadmap based on market needs.
  • Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, adtech, or martech sectors.
  • Proven executive leadership experience in product marketing, strategy, or commercial functions.
  • Deep understanding of CTV, programmatic advertising, retail media, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience owning P&L or significant business growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York City in a hybrid capacity.
