Salary: $500,000–$575,000 annually

What you will do
- Own global product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the platform.
- Serve as executive business lead for strategic growth products including CTV, Performance, and Retail Media.
- Oversee global research, measurement, and insights organizations to drive commercial narratives.
- Act as the commercial bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
- Develop business cases for investments and prioritize the product roadmap based on market needs.
- Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, adtech, or martech sectors.
- Proven executive leadership experience in product marketing, strategy, or commercial functions.
- Deep understanding of CTV, programmatic advertising, retail media, and data-driven marketing.
- Experience owning P&L or significant business growth initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York City in a hybrid capacity.
