What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 developers in a hands-on capacity.
• Manage the delivery of complex, simultaneous development projects from design to release.
• Drive strategy and execution for runtime security capabilities in live production environments.
• Identify and manage project risks while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Champion AI adoption by standardizing code assistants, CI/CD bots, and defining engineering guardrails.

Requirements

• At least 8-12 years of experience as an engineer and 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Go, Python, or Java.
• Strong background in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Experience developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Ability to coach, guide, and influence highly-skilled developers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the runtime cloud security domain.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows, including prompt design and governance.
