Graduate Trainee Program Engineering (Manufacturing)

Location: Mettlach, Germany; on-site rotation through production sites

What you will do

• Rotate through production-focused areas including Product Development, Quality Management, Production Planning, and the ceramic development laboratory.
• Contribute to daily business activities and cross-functional technical projects.
• Develop a broad internal network across production and technology functions.
• Build technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and structured training.
• Follow an individual development plan over a program duration of usually at least two years.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Process Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field.
• Interest in ceramic materials, thermal processes, digitalization, and production-related topics.
• Initial practical experience through relevant internships or working student activities.
• Adaptability, openness to change, quick learning ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• German and English language skills are valued for working in an international environment.
