What you will do

  • Own post-sale enterprise accounts after transition from Director of Strategic Accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for executive/corporate/regional stakeholders.
  • Lead rollout of Scratch Checkout across large multi-location enterprise networks and develop scalable rollout strategies across regions and practices.
  • Train and support practices, accounting teams, and corporate stakeholders during rollout, including onboarding new acquisitions.
  • Run regular executive-level business reviews with network-wide performance insights and optimization/growth opportunities.
  • Drive expansion and revenue growth by increasing payments penetration and driving adoption of new products within accounts.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • Proven track record driving adoption and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts (100+ locations or equivalent complexity).
  • Highly operational approach with ability to build scalable processes at scale.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Onboarding.
  • Background in veterinary, payments, or multi-location businesses strongly preferred.
