What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs, requirements, and strategies.
• Build user experiences and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and interfaces.
• Work closely with UX research to plan, prioritize, and act on user feedback.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into compelling digital experiences.
• Develop and maintain product design best practices and templates.
• Mentor other product designers and present design strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing software, web applications, or mobile apps.
• 3+ years of experience with industry-standard tools like Figma.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in from leadership.
• Experience with iterative design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Strong storytelling skills for impactful presentations.
