What you will do

• Lead the design of innovative digital products and features across end-to-end user experiences.
• Produce key design artifacts including user journeys, wireframes, workflows, personas, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and shape product direction.
• Conduct usability testing and interpret research and analytics data to refine product experiences.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to other product designers to maintain high-quality output.
• Facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities and solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving using data-driven insights.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers in agile environments.

• Experience working with Salesforce-based ecosystems or enterprise platforms.
