Salary: $190,000–$220,000

What you will do

  • Lead design strategy for major product initiatives and set standards for user experience.
  • Identify and resolve complex UX issues to streamline core product workflows.
  • Partner with engineering to define scalable solutions and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Translate ambiguous, loosely defined problems into clear, actionable design solutions.
  • Execute end-to-end design processes from concept development to high-fidelity handoff.
  • Plan and conduct user testing to validate concepts and inform product direction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Designer in complex B2B or enterprise SaaS.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end design projects with significant business impact.
  • Ability to balance consistency, scalability, and product needs across complex surfaces.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with developer tools.
  • Previous startup experience.
