Salary: $143,000 - $160,000

What you will do
- Own design projects end-to-end from discovery through to launch within the Financial Incentives team.
- Design internal tools and user-facing features for payments, claims, and eligibility workflows.
- Lead and participate in user research to integrate insights into the design process.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences for members and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and define problem spaces.
- Evolve design systems and component libraries while communicating design rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital product design for internal and consumer-facing applications.
- Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in end-to-end design, from ideation to implementation support.
- Experience with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must be based in New York City and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
