What you will do

• Own design projects end-to-end from discovery through to launch within the Financial Incentives team.
• Design internal tools and user-facing features for payments, claims, and eligibility workflows.
• Lead and participate in user research to integrate insights into the design process.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences for members and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and define problem spaces.
• Evolve design systems and component libraries while communicating design rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital product design for internal and consumer-facing applications.
• Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in end-to-end design, from ideation to implementation support.
• Experience with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be based in New York City and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
