Inside Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Validate technical environments and lead qualification to understand business problems.
• Participate in and assist with technical RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop written technical proposals.
• Engage in discovery and opportunity research to align solutions with business value.
• Support marketing campaigns through webinars and technical showcases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in help desk, technical support, server infrastructure, or virtualization.
• Solid understanding of common OS, network topologies, and security concepts.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Industry certification such as Security+, Network+, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in presales.
• Knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with hirify.global products or general security solutions (Firewalls, Anti-Malware, Data Protection).
• Additional language proficiency.
