TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States

Compensation: $250,000 - $315,000 USD OTE

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that provides large-scale GPU orchestration and infrastructure for developers and enterprises.

What you will do

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with top Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Design and execute partner enablement programs to help partners sell GPU IaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Channel and Head of Region to align on strategic growth priorities.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize contracts for sales enablement initiatives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities within the MSP and VAR segments to drive revenue.
  • Analyze partner performance to refine programs and maximize business impact.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 7-10 years of channel management experience with enterprise-level partners in MSP and VAR sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling cloud-based solutions and driving adoption among enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, specifically GPU IaaS or similar solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales and marketing teams to execute joint initiatives.
  • Ability to articulate technical value to both business and technical stakeholders.
