TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 12 existing customer accounts to meet retention and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical champions.
  • Collaborate with solution consulting teams to create tailored demos and identify new use cases.
  • Orchestrate ROI models to justify business value and secure renewal outcomes.
  • Drive product adoption and self-service usage within the hirify.global Agent Studio platform.
  • Provide internal feedback on market conditions and product performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management owning renewals and expansions.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven history of value-selling to decision-makers and executive leadership.
  • Background in call center operations and SaaS sales.
  • Ability to calculate and communicate complex ROI models.
  • Strong proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management using tools like Salesforce and Gong.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the AI industry.
  • Master’s degree or technical degree.
