Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Palo Alto, CA. Must be based onsite full-time; hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with client groups to determine headcount, hiring strategies, and evaluate interview feedback.
• Proactively source passive candidates using non-standard methods and targeted campaigns.
• Coordinate the onsite candidate experience, including giving tours to prospective hires.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating packages and initiating background checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience (or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree).
• Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee.
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy while remaining an active team collaborator.
• Experience reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, specifically for electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Experience with high-volume in-house recruiting.
• Expertise in non-standard sourcing such as cold calling and organizing ad hoc networking events.
• Comfort interfacing directly with Director and VP level technical leaders.
