What you will do

• Lead global Enterprise IT operations, architecture, and development teams.
• Plan and execute development IT projects using both internal and external resources.
• Build secure enterprise IT operations processes in collaboration with the Security team.
• Develop and implement IT automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage Enterprise IT costs, budgeting, and comprehensive asset inventory.
• Handle complex IT sysadmin duties and high-level technical projects.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work at least three days a week from the London office.
• Cloud-first mindset with a deep understanding of modern, agile, and secure Enterprise IT.
• Proven experience as a people leader for Enterprise IT teams.
• Technical expertise to lead the resolution of the most difficult IT-support questions.
• Hands-on experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
