What you will do

• Provide hands-on IT support for employees in the London office to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and hardware provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Administer user accounts and security settings in Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Oversee meeting room technology and A/V setups for corporate events and hybrid meetings.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory, coordinating procurement, upgrades, and repairs.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to provide hands-on office support.
• 2+ years of IT support experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Experience managing Google Workspace, Okta (SSO/MFA), and Slack.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, VPNs, and IP troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting for automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
