What you will do

• Lead the implementation and administration of core IT systems, including identity management, MDM, and network services.
• Architect and maintain scripts and automations between SaaS platforms and internal services to improve efficiency.
• Support InfoSec and compliance through incident response and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for high-quality technical implementations.
• Provide hands-on support for IT operations, including hardware lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or endpoint management.
• Expertise in managing MacOS-first fleets alongside Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting using shell languages, Python, and Swift for workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and VPN management using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience with low-code orchestration such as Okta Workflows.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience in FCA-regulated environments and UK GDPR/DPA compliance.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools like Claude Enterprise, Cursor, or Codex.
• Knowledge of on-prem hardware support, including RAID and SAS.
