What you will do

• Resolve complex hardware-related issues for servers and GPU clusters.
• Manage L1/L2 support tickets and implement effective workarounds.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and L3 technicians to improve SLA performance.
• Develop and update technical documentation, processes, and training materials.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.
• Report on hardware problems and contribute to continuous improvement of diagnostics.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and command line.
• Deep understanding of data center environments and server equipment.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
