Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Generate insights on patient and provider cohorts to identify opportunities for reducing churn and improving retention.
• Analyze supply and demand dynamics in the marketplace to transition toward a predictive operational model.
• Own the operating cadence, including weekly metrics reviews, OKR tracking, and monthly performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Payer Operations to operationalize new features based on real-world needs.
• Lead early-stage "zero-to-one" builds and scale new programs before transitioning them to long-term owners.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning across clinical quality and provider economics.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working directly with data and dashboards (SQL preferred).
• Proven ability to manage metrics and operating cadences in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional execution without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, specifically in writing structured memos for senior audiences.
• Must be based in NYC or SF.
