Salary: $57,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Scope, plan, and execute operational initiatives that improve sales-force efficiency.
• Analyze pain points related to sales compensation structures and external software platform integrations.
• Measure initiative impact, validate outcomes, and establish mechanisms to sustain improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to support business decisions and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams while aligning stakeholders, deliverables, goals, and budgets.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and optimize sales operations in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, operational, or project management roles.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, AI agents, and other tools to build reports, automate processes, and conduct analyses.
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, solve problems, and make effective decisions independently.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize workload.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving measurable results and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement, project management, and change management.
