Senior Analyst, Client Insights

Salary: $124,000–$145,000 per year, salaried.

What you will do

• Translate data and analysis into business cases, pricing models, and financial narratives for prospective and existing merchants.
• Partner with Merchant Success to demonstrate ROI, support expansion decisions, and inform renewal conversations.
• Work directly with merchants to understand reporting needs and deliver analytics for large consumer brands.
• Analyze product data and collaborate with Product and Engineering on product improvements and roadmap development.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a Technical Account Manager role.
• Experience with consumer brands, ecommerce metrics, benchmarks, and data-driven business decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and product improvements.
• Experience with SQL, including querying large datasets, writing efficient code, and understanding data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience in jewelry, furniture or home improvement, consumer electronics, auto parts, sporting goods, or eyewear.
• Experience using AI to improve organizational processes and efficiency.
