Location: San Francisco, California, United States; onsite and fully in-person

What you will do

• Partner directly with the chief executive on special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Structure ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them through execution.
• Manage multiple changing priorities while maintaining analytical rigor.
• Build data and analysis supporting major company decisions.
• Build trust and alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Grow into leading a team as the function develops.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic projects or operations at a top-tier startup.
• Data-driven and structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to move quickly and switch context across high-impact initiatives.
• Demonstrated operating experience beyond strategy work.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for an onsite role.

• Insurance or claims operations experience.
