What you will do
- Build, configure, and validate Class II gaming systems for certification and shipment.
- Support active customer deployments and maintain live production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues and operational escalations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Class II, jurisdictional, and tribal regulatory requirements.
- Partner with engineering, field services, and operations teams to stabilize delivery processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert during audits and regulator-facing documentation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience in complex production environments.
- Must be able to work on-site in a lab environment in Reno, NV.
- Hands-on experience with system builds, deployments, and production support.
- Proven experience working within regulated or compliance-driven industries.
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with Class II gaming systems.
- Experience supporting multi-site deployments across tribal or jurisdictional environments.
- Familiarity with certification, licensing, and regulatory review processes.
