What you will do

• Build, configure, and validate Class II gaming systems for certification and shipment.
• Support active customer deployments and maintain live production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues and operational escalations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Class II, jurisdictional, and tribal regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering, field services, and operations teams to stabilize delivery processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert during audits and regulator-facing documentation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience in complex production environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in a lab environment in Reno, NV.
• Hands-on experience with system builds, deployments, and production support.
• Proven experience working within regulated or compliance-driven industries.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Class II gaming systems.
• Experience supporting multi-site deployments across tribal or jurisdictional environments.
• Familiarity with certification, licensing, and regulatory review processes.
