What you will do

• Provide IT support to hotel staff and guests to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Ensure critical systems, specifically guest HSIA network, PMS, and POS, are operational at all times.
• Establish and maintain system security and backup procedures consistent with corporate policy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT equipment including servers, network switches, and printers.
• Assist individual departments with computer setup and staff training.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT.
• Understanding of Cisco Networking Equipment and familiarity with iOS commands.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and Ethernet cabling standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-resolution abilities.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant certifications preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.
