Strategy Analyst

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 CAD

What you will do

• Support enterprise and business strategy through research, analysis, and insight development.
• Break down complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build models and synthesize data to support executive-level decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, plans, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support initiative execution.
• Track progress and performance of strategic initiatives against key milestones.

Requirements

• English: C1 fluency required as a working language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to structure problems and work through ambiguity.
• Comfort working with data and translating findings into clear insights.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or finance.
• Experience with structured problem-solving engagements.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
