What you will do

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to support healthcare professionals and patients.
• Assist callers with affordability support, program enrollment, and consent processes.
• Facilitate transfers for specific medical questions to the appropriate personnel.
• Capture and escalate adverse events or product complaints following established procedures.
• Provide support for general savings card inquiries.
• Document all interactions accurately according to program guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills that are clear and articulate.
• Active listening and observational skills to respond appropriately to caller needs.
• Demonstrated patience, confidence, and sensitivity during interactions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Elizabethtown, KY.
