What you will do
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to support healthcare professionals and patients.
- Assist callers with affordability support, program enrollment, and consent processes.
- Facilitate transfers for specific medical questions to the appropriate personnel.
- Capture and escalate adverse events or product complaints following established procedures.
- Provide support for general savings card inquiries.
- Document all interactions accurately according to program guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills that are clear and articulate.
- Active listening and observational skills to respond appropriately to caller needs.
- Demonstrated patience, confidence, and sensitivity during interactions.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Elizabethtown, KY.
Nice to have
- At least one year of call center experience within the healthcare industry.
